Clients benefit from having a trusted advisor managing its legal needs and being the liaison with outside law firms, without the expense of having a full-time attorney on staff.

Qualified California Real Estate Attorney Advice

California has very specific laws regarding real estate sales and leases. Real estate agents often advise their clients to seek the help of a "qualified California real estate attorney." Yet finding that help can be challenging, since not all attorneys specialize in real estate transactions. Berys Law has the expertise to advise real estate clients with numerous types of real estate sales and leasing issues.

"It’s been a great experience working with Flavia. In every stressful legal situation, Flavia’s direction has guided me in the most efficient way saving me of energy, money and time. Every time I think of Flavia I’m utterly grateful for her keen, tough and compassionate way of getting the job done without wasting any time."

"My tenant was late with the rent yet again and that’s when Flavia stepped in. We ended up filing an eviction lawsuit, which did the trick. The tenant paid up, we were able to dismiss the eviction, and now that tenant has not been late since. I don’t think he will ever be late again if he can help it, now that he knows there are consequences!! Thank you, Flavia, for all that you did to keep me calm and sane and for all your great advice!!"

S. Gonzalez
Imperial Beach, CA

You are an A+ in my book!"
