"It’s been a great experience working with Flavia. In every stressful legal situation, Flavia’s direction has guided me in the most efficient way saving me of energy, money and time. Every time I think of Flavia I’m utterly grateful for her keen, tough and compassionate way of getting the job done without wasting any time."

"My tenant was late with the rent yet again and that’s when Flavia stepped in. We ended up filing an eviction lawsuit, which did the trick. The tenant paid up, we were able to dismiss the eviction, and now that tenant has not been late since. I don’t think he will ever be late again if he can help it, now that he knows there are consequences!! Thank you, Flavia, for all that you did to keep me calm and sane and for all your great advice!!"

S. Gonzalez
Imperial Beach, CA

I was going through a stressful legal situation and the assistance she gave me was exactly on point and precise. It felt good to be able to sleep at night! Thank you so much for your help Ms. Berys! You are an A+ in my book!"
